After making the hard decision on the advice from the doctors and team my mum was placed in Broadway Care Home. This has been the best thing for Mum to know she is being well cared for and she is safe, Mum also enjoys the meals. Broadway is well run and the manager and her team are very caring and I can speak to them for updates on Mum’s health etc at any time. The residents also have well-organised activities in the afternoons, which include baking/drawing/games/planting and pet therapy which I personally think are great. Pictures are placed on the home’s Facebook page so that families can view them, a great idea as it does help to know they are enjoying themselves.
A staff of physicians, therapists, nurses, and rehab staff brings a smile and dedication to the facility each and every day as they strive to provide a warm and comfortable personal touch for our residents. Our caring and empathetic teams provide highly sensitive and compassionate end-of-life care within our nursing homes, working with your loved one and their family, as well as their GP and other health professionals, to plan their care. She is ultimately responsible for the effective and professional running of the care home but will allocate time to discuss any aspect of our Residents’ care or any problems they may be experiencing. Our app-based platform gives you exclusive access to open shifts at local nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, and hospitals. You choose when and where to work, while facilities fill their open shifts with great nurses like you - it's a win-win. Care, activities, facilities and food are all major focuses at our home. It is important that each of these services are tailored to the individual needs and preferences of residents, which is why we employ a wonderful team of professionals who can deliver support using a warm and person-centred approach. At Broadway Healthcare Center we exist solely for the purpose of providing healthcare. For us, healthcare is not a business proposition, it is to provide the best care for our residents and it reflects our values.
Providing accommodation for up to 17 individuals who require Residential or Dementia care. As the interactive digital tables have an android operating system, our activities coordinators and home managers can download multiple applications. We Care Group believe in the importance of technology for the betterment of life, and that is why we invested in the Interactive Tables in the past year. The interactive table is a 40 inches, scratch resistance, durable pad with an integrated Android operating system. It has up to 10 touchpoints, which means two residents and one carer simultaneously can use it.

We Care Group provides the activities coordinators with all the tools necessary to enhance the well-being of our Residents. Each Home is a NAPA member, which means each month, we receive a variety of activities and ideas; our activities coordinators can also get trained and develop their skills as well-being coordinators. Broadway Halls Care Home is an award-winning care home set in the historic West Midlands town of Dudley, with 83 en-suite bedrooms divided between residential, nursing and dementia communities.
And then, between lunch and supper, it’s mid-afternoon tea time with mouth-watering freshly baked cakes that our residents and team members enjoy together, making afternoon tea an activity in itself. After supper, during the night, lighter meal options are provided in the evening, and fresh fruit and snacks are available throughout the day to keep resident’s nourished, energised and satisfied. Lunch is finished with delicious desserts, all prepared on-site by our chef teams. Our chef teams use great ingredients to provide freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced meals based on regularly changing, seasonal menus.

I, unfortunately, have been unable to visit my mum as I live so far away but it is so nice to have photos and updates on Facebook. I can’t thank the manager and her staff enough for the wonderful care they give to my mum and other residents. These last ten months have been really hard not being able to visit Mum in the usual way, but knowing how lovely everyone is at Broadway and that they really care for the residents has made things a little easier and less stressful. These are our core values and combined with our excellent facilities we ensure a comprehensive care service is delivered in a non-institutionalised setting.
We are also receiving information from state and local officials. In accordance with those recommendations, only staff, essential vendors, and compassionate hospice care visits are permitted. Domestic and Maintenance staff ensure the home is a safe and clean environment at all times, following the regulations set byCOSHH,HSEandIPC. All of our bedrooms are bright and airy, and residents are encouraged to personalise their bedroom as much as possible so that it feels like a home away from home. At Broadway Nursing, we can accommodate older people requiring nursing care, personal care, and end of life care. A comprehensive care plan is formulated for each resident which reflects their individual needs. Providing accommodation for up to 48 individuals who require Nursing, Residential or Dementia care.
Shift Med adheres to CMS and local Department of Health guidance on Covid-19 vaccinations. Healthcare professionals must be up to date on all recommended Covid-19 vaccinations, including a booster dose when required. HCPs who are not up to date on Covid-19 vaccination doses may be required to undergo weekly testing and comply with mask mandates at Shift Meds client facilities. The primary role is to protect, sustain, and nurture the elders by providing assistance with activities of daily living and meeting other needs as required. Broadway Manor provides Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services to help improve you or your loved ones quality of life by increasing and promoting independence.
We invite friends and family to all of our daily events and activities. We assist the residents and their families during their stay which includes managing requests, concerns and discharge planning. Our social service team is available to coordinate services upon discharge to home or a lower level of care. We compassionately assist residents and families during this transition.
